CONSTRUCTION:

During the construction phase of the project, a construction manager will be transferred to the site to manage the construction activities and to coordinate the work of subcontractors, supported by team of engineers, supervisors, planner, store manager, etc.

Start-up and commissioning:

|
|
During the start-up and commissioning phase of the project, the commissioning manager will be transferred to the site to start up the equipment supported by the engineers and the technicians already on site.
|
|
|
Warranty service:
|
|
|
During the warranty service phase of the project, one of the construction engineers or the branch office will support the clients by responding to arising problems and to finalize the outstanding punch list items.
