Engineering procurement construction

The Engineering procurement construction service includes project management, configuration of scope, detailed engineering, procurement manufacturing delivery of the contracted scope, construction and or installation services, commissioning, start-up and management of the site. Once the power plant is delivered to the customer it is ready for operation.

- ENGINEERING:

A project manager will be assigned along with the required engineers and staff in order to execute the project within the proposed schedule and budget.

- Basic design:
|
|
The basic design includes:
- General layout of the plant and/or equipment.
- Power and other calculation
- Single line diagrams
- Control philosophy
- Flow diagrams
- 3 dimensional drawings of the plant and/or equipment.
- Detailed schedule of project execution
- Detailed cost of the project components and execution
- Selection and procurement of main equipment

- Detailed design:
|
|
|
During the detailed design phase of the project, the design engineers based on the basic design drawings and the selected main equipment will develop the detail engineering drawings necessary for construction, issue the material and equipment specification for procurement, then procure the materials according to specifications, review and insert the main equipment drawings within the project overall design drawings.
